fixtures. Notice on the 1st sheet it contains a date, keep
in mind it is revised when needed and if dates do not match
then keep the latest.
Make
sure this document is given to players or general members
that join the GDA as it is a great guideline on how they
should behave and helps them understand the etiquette to
be adopted when playing darts.

Team
Registration Forms for GDA League entry 2010/11. Please
note that from now on 2 emails are required per team registration
and a minimum of 8 players per team.
Complete
this form for each player of your registered league team.
New player registration can be accepted at any time during
the season. Transfers from one team to another will only
be accepted until the 31 December of the current season.
READ
CAREFULLY Complete this form if you want
to become a GDA member, but have NO interest in being part
of a league team. If this does not apply to you as you will
be part of a registered team then see download above "player
of team membership form"
NOTE: By becoming a member you are entitled to attend GDA
sponsored tournaments.
